Been fucking about tuning my bike again and just about everything that could fuck up a tune cropped up, I made myself a list of shit to check before starting this caper again, it applies to any tuner not just tts, thought I would share the list as it might help someone avoid wasting time if something is not right .....
Exhaust must be leak free.
02 sensors must be in good condition
02 sensors must be in the flow enough to sample with the exhaust configuration
Intake must be leak free, check and double check hot and cold
All other engine sensors must be working correctly, check codes
Communication cables must be of the correct type and in good working condition
Data acquisition rate must be set for the ecm year
Use genuine spark plugs and spark plug wires
Software should be up to date, check before you head out or you might be sorry
Fuel filter clean and good fuel pressure
Engine compression front and rear within tolerance, if adjustable pushrods are fitted make sure they are ok
Throttle cables and clutch cable if applicable lubed and adjusted correctly
Tires in good condition and pressures right

Good check list Hilly, forgot one thing,,,,, make sure conductive medium for seat of pants interface is present and of correct consistency, do not over apply as false vibes might occur.

Lol, chased my tail Rider, was doing my head in, still have to finish it off but it purrs along pretty good now, even with all the muckarounds it was still pulling and holding on better than it ever has, I don't know why really.
